On the volcanic slopes surrounding Lake Atitlan, the Tzampatey cooperative is producing a delicious coffee and we are proud to be in relationship with these producers through our importer, Kapeh Utz. As one of our lighter roasts, this coffee is very balanced and smooth with a slight nuttiness and chocolate tone with subtle fruity sweetness.
