Our Ethiopia is a light-to-medium roast with a lively acidity and smooth, balanced body.
Ethiopia is universally recognized as the birthplace of coffee and can produce some of the most complex and exciting flavors possible in a cup of coffee.
Our Ethiopian coffee is processed at the Wuri station in the Gedeb District. "Wuri" means "high elevation" and this station is known for having laborious and high quality standards. At about 2000m of elevation with heirloom varieties, this prized coffee is washed then soaked in clean water before being placed on raised beds to dry.
